HALP operates property information, discovery and advertising platforms. We publish information about master-planned communities, land estates, house and land packages, home designs and related professional services, and we connect consumers with developers, builders, agents, mortgage brokers and other service providers.

We are not the developer, seller, builder, or agent for any project featured on this website unless expressly stated. We do not provide legal, financial, taxation or investment advice.

3. Information is general in nature

All content on this website is general information only. It does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs.

Precinct boundaries, staging, lot yields, dwelling numbers, timelines and infrastructure references are indicative and subject to government and developer processes.
Planning status, sequencing and delivery timing are determined by the Victorian Planning Authority, Wyndham City Council and the Victorian Government, and may change without notice.

They own or are licensed to use all images, plans, logos and copy supplied
Their listings comply with all applicable laws, including the Australian Consumer Law

We may edit, suspend or remove any listing at our discretion.
