The plan ahead

Melbourne's west, between Werribee and the You Yangs.

Werribee Junction is a long-term jobs and land banking story. It sits on the Victorian Planning Authority work program as a due diligence project. No draft or gazetted precinct structure plan exists yet, so dwelling numbers, resident forecasts and job targets are all still to be determined.
